Work Approvals

Any on-site work during the winter closure period must be pre-approved by Lab Management.

Winter Closure

All access to the SLAC site during the winter closure is subject to pre-approval.  ONLY individuals that have been approved for work on site will be allowed at SLAC.

Work requests need to be submitted through the Winter Closure Work Request Form 

Deadline for Work Request submissions is November 21, 2025 by 5pm
